The deception characterizes an old man offering guidance and support to would-be students with the phrase “Let me be your friend and guide, your paraclete- your comforter and counselor”.

From the underground source the “Comforter and Counselor” looms and it become unclear to the “mice” if their guide is a man or an entity crafted by an underground political party. In the propaganda, however, the “counselor” is presented as a real person; one of the founders of the party. A spontaneous ritual of devotion is shown to the “Counselor” by the entire group, through curiously savage acts and of the deliberate drowning of conscious to the will of the “Counselor”. Whereby the “mice” leave the Ministry of Truth to become loyal subjects of their beloved “Counselor”, after having undergone a rigorous campaign of inflicting torture, creating the most extensive personality cult of all time.
This cult personality will arise when the country’s leader uses mass media to create an idealized and heroic public image, through unquestioning flattery and praise.

A NOTE OF CAUTION AND WARNING (Food For Thought)

A personality cult is similar to general “hero worship”, except that it is created specifically for political leaders. In similar fashion the “Anti-Christ” will be held in enormous reverence as one said to hold office by the will of God, as a god-king.
Generally, personality cults are most common in regimes with totalitarian systems of government, one of totalitarian rule where the state recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible. Ultimately, the system of government will allow the ordinary citizen to have no significant share in state decision-making and ideology. The regime will maintain themselves in political power by means of an official all-embracing ideology and social belief disseminated and spreading through the state-controlled mass media.

The regime of such a cult will maintain themselves in political and economic power, first by the means of mass surveillance of the people and then through widespread use of state terrorism. Firstly, there will appear a charismatic leader on the scene- as one associated with revolutionary transformation. He will be viewed and treated as a benevolent “guide” for the nation, without whom the transformation to a better future cannot occur.

In such a fantasy imagery, the “Mice” could be viewed a “little brothers” gathered within an elusive congregation of people.
In such a secret, yet unseen society, everyone would seem to be under compete surveillance, mainly by the “mice.”

THE MOUSE
Hebrew Dictionary.- “akbar”; prob. From the same as “akkabiysh” from an unused root in the lit. sense of entangling; a spider (as weaving a network), in the second sense of attacking; a mouse (as nibbling).

The Mouse.- In ancient Israel the small rodents (an unclean “swarming thing” often infesting dwellings) were deemed unclean for food while living, and defiling to the touch when dead. The concern was evidently a hygienic one, since infectious disease could be spread by contaminated containers or polluted food, and perhaps also caused agricultural problems.
The rodent mention as part of the diet of those indulging in idolatrous cultic rites was probably a small animal, perhaps the size of a hamster. In ancient Egyptian therapeutics, a freshly killed, skinned mouse was sometimes forced down the throat of a moribund (dying) person (on his last legs) in an attempt to prolong life.

The oracle advised them to settle ‘wherever they were attacked by the children of the soil.’ At Hamaxitus in the Troad, they were assailed in the night by mice, which ate all that was edible of their armor and bowstrings. The colonists made up their mind that these mice were ‘the children of the soil,’ settled there, and adorned the mouse Apollo (meaning "assembly").
